Bully whippets are very rare.They are how a genetic defect that they double muscles.I doubt that any ethical breeder dog breeding starts inherit this disease.

Bully whippets are not a race. Greyhounds have a genetic disease. One of the breeders try to eliminate the lines. There is no way a puppy born with the gene-duplication to ensure muscle.
Get a regular greyhound and be happy.
